WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We're happily based in Michigan-USA and Kampala Uganda.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
First, All orders made are trackable. You will be sent the tracking information as soon as your order(s) are shipped out. We normally take 1-2 business days to ship out orders. If you unable to track your order 3-5 days after receiving your tracking number, kindly contact our helpful customer service.
Our deliveries in the US, ranges 4-12 working days and for international orders 5-15 days, depending on your location from our sourcing warehouse. There may also be irregularities attributed to long tax department processing and extreme weather conditions. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (This is majorly for general products sourced abroad).
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back. Please refer to the shipping and return terms.
